THE STORY OF ANLON!

Project Anlon started out as a collaboration between renowned aesthetic physician & consultant dermatologist Dr.Nisha and sought after celebrity hairstylist Dwayne Appu.

It was a dream venture for both of them and has been in the works for quite a while. Together, they aim to create a one stop destination for all their clients’ skin, hair, nail, and lash needs.

Anlon salon is located at KNK road, Nungambakkam. It is on the second floor with cult fitness.
I went for a haircut with top stylist. Booked an appointment prior day to avoid last minute hassle.
Just after entering, the receptionist welcomed us and asked to wait for sometime till stylist Mr. Sudhakar arrived.
Then he asked for the requirement personally and gave best haircut along with global hair-colour. Finally he gave us few tips to maintain the hair post haircut.
During the session, they gave coffee to feel refreshed. Price is little high, but worth the look.

I had the worst experience in Anlon Salon. I went for haircut, hair color, pedicure and manicure. Sumathi did not listen to me at all. She gave me the worst hair colour..pedicure and manicure was worst of worst. All they need is money. Service is worst. Will never come here again nor will I let my friends come. These people and salon doesn't deserve even one star.

Waste of my time and money. I came in the morning 11 and they left me by 5.

Now i have to colour my hair again. People please dont believe Insta posts. They are fooling people.

Hello Anlon! Its a great experience with you..I have seen the reviews and choose to come vurve and I wanted to do have keratin and Some colour and have shown reference pics to the team . In mind I was thinking and bit nervous as it was first time having colour and also even straightening also first time so .Team gave Confidence to me.I feel bit expensive but yearly once so can have spent this much if this Gives happiness to me like that I was feeling .I really got a best treatment and a good hair styling has done. I am from Singapore. I visited Anlon art salon while i was in Chennai recently. (17 Oct 2024). I went for haircut. I was totally disappointed with the service. I was assigned with a north indian stylist. He look so in experienced. While cutting my hair he used the razor which cut my ear. He had no skills. I will nevet visit this Salon again. I rather cut my hair in Singapore.

I loved my experience at Anlon art salon. Everyone is so welcoming, and it is Beautiful on the inside! I've seen the hairstylist Deepak, and He absolutely transformed my hair! He has turned my hair the best it's ever looked. He gave me textured layer cut with dark brown highlights and got all the frizzy hair controlled by frizz treatment.

We had such a wonderful experience at the salon! We came as a group of around 16 people for hair treatments and haircuts, and despite having such a large group, everything was handled very professionally and smoothly from start to finish.

The salon itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the entire team was friendly, attentive and accommodating throughout our visit.

A special mention to Sumathi and Siddarth, who were both absolutely wonderful. They were extremely professional, experienced and patient, and took the time to understand what each of us wanted. They gave thoughtful recommendations based on our individual hair types and conditions, and their expertise and attention to detail really stood out.

The hair treatments were excellent, and we could genuinely feel the difference in the quality and condition of our hair afterwards. The products used were also of very good quality, which added to the overall premium experience.

The haircuts were equally impressive. Everyone had different preferences and expectations, but we were all very happy with the results. It was especially impressive considering we were a group of 16 people with different requirements.

I would also like to mention Tara, who was very helpful in explaining the charges and working out the group pricing and discount for us. She was transparent, approachable and made the pricing process easy and comfortable for everyone. We really appreciated her effort in ensuring we received good value for our group.

A big thank you as well to Saifuddin, who was extremely helpful in facilitating our booking, confirming the appointments and following up with us throughout the process. With a group of 16 people, coordinating appointments can be quite challenging, but his prompt communication and follow-ups made everything much easier and gave us peace of mind before our visit.

Overall, we felt the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the products, expertise of the hairstylists, service, amenities and the overall experience. You can really see the difference in the level of professionalism and care.

Managing a group of 16 people is definitely not easy, but the entire team made the experience feel effortless. Most importantly, we all left feeling happy and well taken care of.

A big thank you to Sumathi, Siddarth, Tara, Saifuddin and the entire team for taking such good care of us. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend the salon to anyone looking for quality hair services, professional hairstylists and a genuinely premium salon experience. We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

Anlon Saloon, Kotturpuram — Haircut & Beard Styling Review

I recently visited Anlon Saloon, Kotturpuram, and had my haircut and beard styling done by Senior Stylist Mr. Hariharan. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Mr. Hariharan took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before starting. He listened patiently to my requirements and also suggested a few ideas that would suit my appearance and hair type. I really appreciated that he didn’t just follow instructions blindly but gave his professional input while still respecting my preferences.

He also shared some useful tips on how to maintain my hairstyle and beard after the haircut, which I found genuinely helpful. He recommended a few hair products as well, but when I told him I wasn’t interested, he didn’t push or repeatedly try to sell them. That was something I particularly appreciated, as the interaction felt professional and comfortable rather than sales-driven.

The haircut and beard styling were done with good attention to detail, and I was very happy with the final result. The overall service was excellent, and Mr. Hariharan was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Anlon Saloon, Kotturpuram, especially Mr. Hariharan, for anyone looking for a quality haircut and professional styling. I’ll definitely be visiting again for my next haircut and beard styling.

My mother and I have both had our hair done at Anlon, and what stands out to us is how consistently good the experience has been each time.

This isn’t my first haircut with Daniel either — my haircut experience with him back in 2022 was just as good, if not even better now. Every time I fly back into the country, I genuinely look forward to getting my hair done here.

Daniel is excellent at what he does — warm, professional, and someone who takes the time to listen to concerns and understand what would suit each person individually. His recommendations felt personalised rather than generic, and there’s clearly a lot of thought behind the final look.

He gave me a makeover that exceeded my expectations while still keeping it natural, flattering, and wearable.

Shobana, the stylist who looked after my mum, is also worth mentioning — she was equally attentive and made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable.

We’ve both always left very happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

It was my first visit today & let me tell you my experience has been fantastic. Ishwariya did my nails & she is amazing.. my entire experience right from the time I entered till the time i left was great.. staff is very helpful, polite & knows their craft very well. The place is neat clean & hygienic.. they have some crazy amount of colors/ art to choose from & most importantly they hear you patiently & guide you as to what will look good. Thank you so much team Anlon! I will see you soon.

I got a layered cut today in Anlon Kotturpuram. The service was very good. Haircut was done by stylist Uma. You should definitely ask him for haircut next time.

I had a very bad experience in this salon. I came with my sister and my children for a SIMPLE coloring (to remember). The prices were not displayed in the salon, and I made the mistake of not asking for them upon arrival, thinking they would be reasonable (I was basing my expectations on prices in France). Knowing nothing about hair coloring, I didn’t understand why the stylist was straightening my hair when I had only requested a simple coloring.

When I arrived at the cash register, I was asked to pay an exorbitant amount because the stylist had given me a keratin treatment, a service I NEVER REQUESTED! I simply wanted a coloring.

In addition to wanting to charge me an excessive price, they dare to lie by claiming that I had asked for a keratin coloring, which is completely false! You blame us, but we are not liars (I even asked to check the cameras).

My sister also left a comment to express her dissatisfaction, and your response surprised and displeased us. This is not a matter of negotiation or discount, but of respecting the requested service. I had asked for a simple coloring, and I was imposed a keratin treatment without my consent, followed by an exorbitant bill. Is this really what you call hospitality?

We did not exert any pressure to obtain a discount. Do you really think I would come all the way from France to India to pressure you into giving me a promotion? It’s time to question yourselves and take responsibility for your mistakes. Why should we pay for a service we never requested? Why should we suffer the consequences of your lack of communication with the client?

Regarding your remark about France, know that in French salons, professionalism and respect for client expectations are paramount. Imposing an unwanted service would never be tolerated in France. Instead of criticizing, you would do better to take inspiration from more respectful practices!!!

I am not even talking about the lack of professionalism of the owner, who preferred to finish his pedicure while his employees and we were trying to find a solution to the problem.

Honestly, avoid this place!!!

The ambience was really very nice comparing to the other branch. My stylist preetha did an amazing job and she was very friendly and sweet. They even provide food in case you are hungry in between you can take a break. During my waiting time while colouring my hair i had this sandwich and even the sandwich i took (peri peri paneer sandwich) tasted so good. Love their service. Definitely will visit again.

I got my haircut and hair colour (first time). I have seen karthick’s work in Instagram and opted for him. He understood my requirement and also suggested the suitable style for me. I had few ideas about the hair colour, He helped me pick colour and he did a fantastic job. I loved the cut and the colour was subtle just the way I wanted. Totally worth the time and money.
